General Notice

Economy Rubber offers nationwide delivery within the contiguous United States and will try to accommodate non-contiguous States, Protectorates and International shipments. Shipments weighing less than 150 lbs. are usually made using common carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Items shipped via common carrier will normally take about 5 business days or less to arrive at the customer's location once it has shipped. Items weighing more than 150 lbs. are usually shipped via a freight company, such as, UPS Freight, Mountain Valley Express or other LTL freight company.

Shipping Rates

See Shipping Rates Table for pricing. The Shipping Rates Table may not reflect additional shipping and handling charges that are specific to an item. In some cases additional charges are required due to dimension rates fees, oversize surcharge fees, additional packaging material used or the complexity of shipping a specific item.

Shipping Times
Shipping times indicated are business days. This means that shipping times do not include Saturday or Sunday and common carrier (UPS, Fedex or USPS) holidays even if expedited shipping is selected.

We usually ship within three business days following the receipt of an order unless noted on the product page. We usually ship via USPS, UPS or Fedex, from various warehouses across the US and cannot always accommodate orders to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Also, not all items posted can be shipped internationally. Please contact us if you have a question about whether an item can be shipped internationally. If you place your order, and we can not ship your item internationally, we will cancel your order.

Additional processing time may be required for orders that are shipped via USPS or Truck. It may take one to two weeks to process, package and ship an international order, orders shipped via USPS to HI or AK, or an order shipped to a PO Box.

Incorrect Product Information

Economy Rubber shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, containing other incorrect information, typographical errors or for miscalculated shipping charges. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Tax Information
Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Economy Rubber or through the Amazon.com site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Economy Rubber may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated. The actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.
