Damage Policy

Products may be returned without surcharge if they have been damaged during shipping or if they contain manufacturing defects. All damaged products must be repackaged and reported to Economy Rubber no longer than 7 days after delivery has been completed. Economy Rubber will provide return shipping instruction.

 
Product Returns
If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there will be no charge for cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. Customers have 7 days after receiving item to let us know of their intent to return it. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, hardware, etc.). Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less all shipping fees. We will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase

Incorrect Product Information

Economy Rubber shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, containing other incorrect information, typographical errors or for miscalculated shipping charges. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account
